About me

My name is Markus Breitenlechner, I am 18 years old and live in Auffach in the Wildschönau. I am originally from Rohrdorf, a municipality in the Rosenheim district in Bavaria. At the age of 12 I joined the Auffach Federal Music Band with the main instrument tuba. In the meantime I also work there as a trombonist and electric bass player.

I started to write notes at the age of 14 as part of a medley that I put together with our conductor at the time. The whole thing developed from arrangements for large and small ensembles to original compositions. Meanwhile I have specialized in folk music and modern for folk ensembles.

After starting classically with the recorder at elementary school in Auffach, I started to learn the piano at the Wildschönau music school.

I was then allowed to learn the tuba at the Brixental State Music School, and I was taught how to conduct at the Kramsach State Music School.

In my own studies I learned the instruments guitar, electric bass, trombone, trumpet, flugelhorn, accordion and baritone.
